beautiful garden Outdoor space is amazing, food is good, staff is friendly. The only one thing is missing - proper choice of the drinks.
Nice Staff otherwise just OK So we had no complaints as such, everything was just OK at best. The staff are friendly and the service was good. We were a small party so we ordered quite a variety of starters and mains and we all were agreed that nobody was getting too complimentary about their food. There are better options nearby for us.
Delicious food and friendly staff From the moment we arrived their staff we so welcoming, the service was excellent as was the food, from starter to dessert. Will certainly pay another visit.

It’s fine The food was quick and the garden area looks good for kids. The roasts were OK but nothing amazing. Quite bland but roasts are always better at home !
Fabulous Had a wonderful evening with friends at the Half Moon last night. We were warmly welcomed by the landlord and staff, and given a table in the bar area as I’d requested. We ordered starters, main courses and desserts and every dish was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Wonderful family Sunday lunch We had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. Even on a chilly November afternoon it was an absolute delight to sit outside under the covered area with a table fire-pit. It's an extra £10 to have the fire-pit lit but it's definitely money well spent to stay toasty and adds a lovely ambience to the meal The Sunday roast beef was delicious and tender with plenty of side servings of veggies and yummy yorkshire pudding. We were served by Angelica who was friendly and attentive. A lovely family experience, enhanced by the little play area which was perfect for our toddler. We'll be back soon!
Just Stay Home & Heat Up some Food from Iceland Just Heat up Some Food from Iceland Instead. The waiting staff need better training - orders missed. Food just comes out of a catering pack. The waiter says they can make all different types of coffee…….but the Americano, Lattes, Flat Whites and Cappacinos turned up as the same milky white coffees.

Family get together for 6 people Arrived at venue 7.30pm. Drinks order was very slow arriving and starters didn’t arrive until approx 8.55. Having then finished our main meals by 9.45 we were asked by a young person could we hurry up and choose desserts as the kitchen was closing at 10pm. Not impressed. We pointed out we had arrived at 7.30 There was obviously a staff problem but the place was not very busy.. Very disappointed and will not revisit. Food was ok but nothing special. My sister in law who is gluten and dairy free ordered seared sea bass which came with some crushed potatoes. She could not have the cauliflower item due to its dairy content but was said a substitute vegetable could be arranged. All that was served was a piece of fish and crushed potatoes for £20 The one good thing is we had a round table.
DOG MESS Came for dinner with the children, toddler and baby. Sat down, dog poo right by the table so moved tables so the kids can walk around the table. Went in the play area, lots more dog poo. We have Tiny toddler who stumbles on her hands a lot. Told the staff about the poo. They said ‘must be the owners dog’ and did absolutely nothing about it. For the entire duration of our visit. Numerous other families came and their babies / toddler and kids all played around piles of dog poo. Absolutely appalling. To not even care is dreadful.
